About Us

The National Institute of Teacher’s Training (NITT) has been established by the World Human Rights Organization (registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 of Govt. of India). The main objective of the National Institute of Teacher’s Training is to prepare dedicated, knowledgeable, skilled, creative, and disciplined school teachers for the school education who can perform complex duties.

Teachers now play the role of knowledge facilitators, while students are being taught how to become information discoverers. Teachers, who make up most of the teaching and learning process, need the skills and knowledge required to apply congruent transactional tactics. To foster a friendly environment in the classrooms and to be able to utilize their students' talents for the benefit of society, teachers must receive the proper training and motivation. They ought to be able to spot and develop promising talent.
